Three-platform railway scales TBB

Railway scales TBB-150 with  three-platform are suitable for weighing all types of carriages.

Description

Railway electronic tensometric scales TBB-150, TBB-200 designed and produced by Technowagy Ltd is meant to be used for static weighing railway carriages with total weight up to 150 or 200 tons. Scales are installed on no electrified no transit station tracks and access tracks 1520 mm or 1435 mm wide, that are not equipped with automatic signalization, centralization and blocking devices.

Three-platform design provide all types of carriages weighing.

Scales are placed in a straight horizontal section of railway track at least 65 m long.

Model ТВВ … СD scales – are only installed only on access railways, and differ from usual ТВВ … scales in being able to weigh railway carriages in dynamic mode, ie in motion at speeds up to 10 km/h. It is advisable to be used at high rate of traffic, such as quarries, steel plants, concrete plants.

Terminal  – TVP-25 by  Technowagy Ltd  in stainless steel casing.

The scales can be optionally installed on 3 different foundation types:

  • the monolithic surface foundation;
  • monolithic pit foundation;
  • surface of prefabricated concrete foundation.

The track stop term:

– when installing  scales on solid foundation – up to 30 days:

– on prefabricated concrete foundation — up to 5 days.

Scales manufactured  according to the requirements of “Instruction on procedure of weighing equipment  for railway transport of Ukraine” dated 2012.

Metrological characteristics of the scales.

The accuracy class  — III according to DSTU EN 45501: 2007.

The range of the tare mass is from 0 to Max.

The sensitivity threshold of the scales is not more than 1.4 d.

The limits of the permissible error of the balance during static weighing during initial verification (during operation) must correspond to the values:

– from Мin to 500 е inclusive — ± 0,5 е (± 1 е)

– more than 500 e to 2000 e inclusive — ± 1 e (± 2 e)

– more than 2000 e to Max inclusive — ± 1.5 e (± 3 e).

The scales provide the possibility of continuous operation with round-the-clock operation.

Manual calibration (by button) of the current value of the weight within the maximum weighing limit (according to the current DSTU standards)

Manual reset (by button) of the current value of the weight within the maximum weighing limit (within 4% of the permitted range of the scale of weighing, according to the current regulations of the DSTU).
